Down 227$. I guess the good news is that I am still up $3,300 all-time, but to be honest these 2 weeks have sucked and neither have been close. I am lucky that these have been relatively small wagers.
Sned was obviously healthy and Gay was just putrid. Playing the par 5s in round 3 at +2 is bad. Obviously JB Holmes is a fade next week and the same with Jacobsen I am just losing confidence on these fades until I read quotes and more confirmed information.

Word on the range is that Dustin Johnson is 50/50 for the Hope...but probably will play cuz he feels like it...hasn't walked 18 holes yet...

First Round Play

Usually don't play these. Hard to pass on the odds on favorite to win here vs. a guy who is recovering from an injury. I hate betting on the favorites of events; I also don't like betting first rounds..

Ok. Dimes is down so I don't remember the exact wager ($ amount) but I will update when available.

I played Gay -135 (some at -125) over Snedeker. Risking 100 to win 75

Play should be straightforward. Gay has a nice record here, and a great short game. He comes off a solid finish in Hawaii. No real news about Sned and his injury, so it's a little bit of an unknown. Sned is capable of getting hot and making a ton of birdies, just banking on him starting off with a 70 or so and being a tad rusty. Will likely add 1 more. Looking at the Sr tour and a possible fade on Wiebe.

Interesting Finish

Was 3 under on the day (started on the back) and managed to take the lead on Johnny Vegas. Then came the turn and went 4 over thru 7 and was now 2 strokes under the cut line. Birdie. Eagle. The finish at least gives us 2 more days of golf. We'll see what happens with Vegas coming in.
